I am a reformed technology executive turned accomplished executive search consultant. Spending the front half of my career driving transformation in the tech sector from centralized computing to personal computing (client/server and.com era), I see a direct parallel to the transforming energy sector.Building on a diverse operational background in tech, combined with a proven track record of recruiting top talent, I bring a unique experience and approach that educates candidates on a client\'s value proposition improving the likelihood of attracting and securing a successful and impactful hire. Earlier in life, I was fortunate to have attended Worldwide Developers Conferences in Cupertino and Redmond; was on stage for Apple’s System 7 launch; worked with teams that produced Editor’s Choice Awards for products featured in MacWorld and Windows Magazine. Our products were in the Gartner Leaders Quadrant and captured IDC market leadership positions. I have worked for big brands like Hewett-Packard and have been involved in a few start-ups that led to acquisition by the likes of Esselte and Symantec. It was technically disruptive, transformative, fast-paced, unforgiving yet full of opportunity. I learned how companies – big and small – build teams that innovate and bring change. After a prosperous career in tech where transformation was the norm, I now leverage my experience to help organizations secure highly sought-after leaders – leaders that are capable of driving companies to success in the face of rapidly evolving markets and new technologies. As founder of our Climate Tech search practice 15 years ago, we developed a broad network of industry talent, deep expertise in coaching, and in accelerating growth in the people and companies that we serve.Early career experiences starting in the 80\'s as co-founder of a software start-up acquired by Esselte. Then Interleaf, Hewlett-Packard and Altiris (acquired by Symantec).
