Loss Prevention Investigator Responsible for all areas of Shrink within the store • Physical Security • Asset Protection • Investigate, Deter,Detain Internal and External Theft • Training and Coaching of new managers and associates to the business • Key Holder/Key control • Manage all Security Equipment • Initiate Civil Recovery • Initiate and prepare files for Fraud cases and attend court as required. • Audit Compliance. Support Operations team in Audit compliance (Re-Worked the company Audit document to break it down in to “bite sized” pieces so that it could be used as a training and development tool for our operational parnters, this was initially for my own store but was adopted by the District). • Twelve month secondment to Regional investigations team, specialising in Fraud and Internal theft resolution across 75 stores.
