Having gained over 20 years of knowledge and experience in dealing with damp-proofing and mould issues in properties. Neil Ellis understands the issues these cause, we know how to fix them while keeping within a reasonable budget. He has an exceptional ability to diagnose damp issues from both inside and outside of buildings.There are numerous ways these problems arise. Most properties have managed to stay dry and healthy for years, so the first question I ask is what has changed in the property over the past 5-10yrs. There is always an underlying issue and I take my time to survey your property to find the cause, advise you on the cure, and help you to have a dry, healthy home. We are certified installers of damp and remedial products and can undertake any instruction, from an independent damp, timber and mould survey which will be approved by your mortgage lender, right through to a full damp course, wall tie replacement, brickwork pointing, Mould sanitisation, timber replacement, basement tanking and also wall insulation. We work closely with several social housing providers improving their properties and improving them via the decarbonisation delivery, and lettings agents with over properties. Being a landlord myself, I understand how to treat tenants with the upmost respect and inform them about the process of work ahead. Making sure our clients are fully informed and prepared for the work. My teams are highly trained with dozens of H&S training certifications. As a company we are currently undertaking the Safe Contractor accreditation which is industry known and accepted. We can confidently be assessed by any independent H&S audit knowing our staff have the correct training and safety protocols in place.
