Neil Beresford joined Clyde & Co heads the firm\'s Global Product Liability and Recall practice. He specialises in product liability and recall, policy coverage, liability defence and subrogated recoveries in all areas of property and liability insurance. He is recognised by the legal directories as a leading lawyer in insurance, reinsurance and dispute resolution in the United Kingdom and Colombia. His practice includes work in the United Kingdom and internationally. Neil has particular experience of litigating in Colombia, where he has represented the London market for almost twenty years and has represented insurers before the local courts and in domestic arbitration. Neil also co-authors the chapter on Colombia in The Insurance and Reinsurance Law Review.
