Single-handedly responsible for communicating with airbnb guests and having a 80% review rate and increased guest satisfaction.– Convert at least 2 airbnb enquiries a week to actual sales with efficient replies, anticipating guest queries and giving them confidence in our product.– Worked closely with a digital agency from 20••••22 to optimise social media ads and google ads resulting in 5-6 regular conversions per month.– Developed marketing strategies for self-catered serviced apartments and villas including rebranding as pet-friendly, allowing us to welcome at least family with a pet each month, increasing our daily room revenue.– Sharpened and refreshed our communications on all OTA platforms like Booking.com, Expedia etc. and AirBnb allowing us to be sold out on the Christmas and New Year Eve black out dates within a month from starting, increasing revenue. – Business started on December 1, 2021 and strategised a shift in target demographic to drive up the average room rate and amended marketing messaging.– Created a hierarchy with middle management dealing with day-to-day booking conversions and upper management driving long stay, group, wedding party bookings ensuring best guest relations, as evidenced by google reviews.– Improved guest experience by writing handbook for guests with suggestions on how to best enjoy their stay in South Goa as shared by them on one on one feedback and airbnb reviews.– Curated, packaged and conducted Creative Currents, a one-of-a-kind creativity retreat in South Goa in association with local businesses and art resource persons setting the property apart from regular competition in South Goa.– Trained a team of 3 employees to promote our complimentary Guest Recognition Programme to guests, allowing them to get discounts at the best restaurants in the area, resulting in guest experience improvement by at least 50%.
