As a Talent Partner at Avance Consulting, I recruit for mid and senior level IT/IS positions in various business domains and expertise. I specialize in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and negotiating with candidates, as well as coordinating with clients and vendors. I have successfully placed multiple consultants for contract, contract-to-hire, and permanent positions, with competitive terms and rates. My core competencies include sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing candidates in contract, contract-to-hire, and permanent positions, using various job portals and ATS. I have worked with implementation and direct clients across different domains, such as financial, healthcare, and retail, and have hired candidates at all levels of expertise, from junior developers to program managers. I have also worked mostly on W2 requirements, and have a solid understanding of tax terms, visas, US geography, and time zones.
