Experienced HR professional with 6+ years of impactful contributions across Tech Industry. Neha has been presently working with Tiger Analytics, an AI and Analytics Management Consulting specializing in customized Analytics solutions to Fortune 500 Clients. Hired as one of the first HR Business partners in the core team for Tiger Analytics, Neha got an opportunity to build talent management processes from the scratch while actively collaborating with Analytics leadership. Hired for her potential and intrapreneurial mindset straight out of the prestigious JBIMS campus, she had an opportunity to reinvent the wheel and set up some key HR programs which has created value for business and employees. Neha comes from an Engineering background and has worked with Accenture as an Application Developer in an Agile Project.
