ABOUT NEHA JHUNJHUNWALA
It all started over a decade ago when I had joined Sarla Performance Fibers Limited, our family business. At the time, the firm was doing great across the borders and had established a name for itself. I focused my efforts on professionalizing and standardizing the systems in place so that everything, starting from the Quality management systems to HR practices and even the operational efficiencies, can be carefully managed and monitored across all our locations. The rest as they say is history because today, we stand as an ISO 9001:2015 certified company that has evolved into a name to reckon with when it comes to the quality and service we provide in the export of highly specialized yarns and threads. Over the years, I have focused on industrial sales in the European and American markets. In addition to this, I have also been working closely in the marketing and operational management for SPFL. I am proud to mention that over the years, not only have we expanded our portfolio but have also won several awards in the Textile category- a thing that stands testimony to our superior quality and delivery. I see myself as a progressive risk taker who believes in the power of passion. Given my background in Marketing and Strategy and my penchant for Human resource management, I often find myself down on the floor with our employees, trying to understand what we can do differently! I have one philosophy in life-\"Life is short so just get down and get yourself busy!\" I think this has worked for me and SPFL to date and I am hopeful about the future too!
