Suggest measures to make it compliant to various markets.SOURCING•Source ingredients required for new product developments. Maintain all relevant documentation for ingredient selection process. •Liaise with suppliers of ingredients to get innovative ingredients.•Find new and competitive suppliers for existing ingredients.SUSTAINABILITY• Ensure sustainability of supply chain and ingredient sourcing. •Ensuring traceability and best practice audits amongst suppliersRESEARCH•Continuous research to support new product developments.• Support to sales teams for technical questions.
