As AGM - Finance, I am leading the Accounts & Finance function, overseeing preparation of financial statements, BRS and statutory filings, ensuring regulatory compliance. Spearhead the preparation of financial statements under Indian GAAP and IND AS. Leading Statutory, Tax and Cost Audit, handling IT scrutiny cases. I am having extensive experience in Treasury and Cash flow management. Independently arranged two project finances of greenfield project of around Rs. 150 Crore, Prepared project reports, CMA data and liaised with banks for credit renewals and limit extensions. Responsible for preparation of Budget, Annual forecast, MIS and Financial Analysis. Designed and implemented internal controls and SOPs to streamline operations. Worked on export incentive schemes, Ensured ROC Compliances and managed foreign subsidiary incorporation. Managing Cross functional team, Internal and External stakeholders. Directing a team of 6-7 people.
