ABOUT NEERAJ PANDEY
As R&D Director, Neuroscience, Gut–Brain & AI Research at RB since September 2025, I lead groundbreaking initiatives exploring the intersection of neuroscience, gut-brain science, and artificial intelligence. With over seven months in this role, I focus on advancing pre-clinical research to drive innovation in brain health and cognition. My expertise in neuroscience research, protein engineering, people management and AI skills, underpins my contributions to Reckitt’s mission of delivering cutting-edge solutions in healthcare and nutrition.
