ABOUT NED NICOL

I am an experienced technology consultant with over 20 years’ experience of leading complex transformation programmes and designing and implementing technology operating models. I am obsessed with developing strong, long lasting relationships with clients, and enjoy working alongside client teams to deliver on their key objectives. I am bring a positive and supportive attitude to work and to leading teams, and align a strong technical understanding with a wealth of experience across a number of sectors including Financial Services, Supply Chain, Retail, and non-profit. I was recently recognised for “Top 25 Marketing and Sales Consultants and Leaders of 2024”, having been nominated by a client. I have spent the past 5 years leading and growing the European region of a Consulting firm, expanding the team from 7 to over 50 and generating record revenues alongside strong FTE growth and developing a culture and working style that I am proud of. I create a personal, caring, can-do environment where every voice is listened to, and I am proud of my proven ability to develop and support my team’s career progression.
