ABOUT NED HIGGINS

I am a consultative sales professional who has spent the past 7 years in the SaaS technology space. I\'ve had the opportunity to work within various industries and have a strong belief that any individual contributor can be successful, regardless of industry, by following an effective sales process and staying true to their fundamentals. I emphasize the importance of building relationships, both internally and externally, as I believe behind any strong investment is a personal connection. Strategic thinking and problem-solving is at the foundation of my processes, in an effort to ensure my clients are always moving towards a solution that is in their best interest. I have a passion for coaching and serve biannually as a mentor to upperclassmen in the Professional Sales program at my alma mater, CU Boulder. The program connects real-world sales applications to class material and prepares students to secure their first full-time role after graduation. Aside from the Professional Sales program I serve as a career coach internally at Salesforce, supporting and coaching other sellers as they navigate their own careers and professional goals. My mantra is \"Always Be Learning,\" as there will never be a shortage of information to help educate oneself in both the work environment and in life.
