I have co-founded 404 with Andres Sanchez Gomez. We both shared the vision that there was a lack of software development studios in the Argentinian market which focus on new technologies and high quality products (from usability to code).Mixing Andres outstanding commercial and project management skills with my software development experience we created a team of senior professionals trained to produce great products.We focus on web, mobile and games development with a special preference for startups (from product conception to deployment).

ABOUT NICOLAS BOTTARINI
I\'m a software crafter and mentor. I help companies and individuals make better software that delivers business outcomes sustainably. I excel at creating and growing high performance, cross-functional, autonomous delivery teams around Lean/Agile principles and processes. Technical excellence is essential to achieve agility and high productivity. I teach and master the Extreme Programming (XP) practices: pair/mob programming, continuous integration, continuous delivery, TDD/BDD, refactoring, clean code and simple design. These practices reduce risks, costs, shortens the feedback loops by delivering software increments periodically in short iterations and produces valuable software sooner in a predictable and transparent manner.I\'m a polyglot coder and architect. I\'m fluent in Kotlin, Java, Javascript/Typescript, C#, Swift, C++, Ruby, PHP and Smalltalk. I have a strong knowledge of OOP, CQRS/ES and design patterns.I have more than 20 years of solid experience building software for many platforms (web, mobile, react native, desktop, smartpos, APIs, backends, embedded systems, wearables) on many industries (startups, banking, fintech, marketing, agtech, logistics, social networks, e-commerce, non-profits, education, surveillance, videogames, among others) and with all kind of different architectures (monoliths, modular monoliths, distributed systems, microservices, event-driven, hexagonal/clean architecture, event sourcing, messaging, blockchain, etc)I love teaching and have dictated several courses and workshops.
