Managing 30-35 requisitions per month for major banking, financial services clients like CIBC, RBC, Scotiabank etc.• Sourced and recruited IT and NON-IT professionals within a wide range of skills, technologies, and disciplines including Developers (Java, Salesforce.Net, etc.), Solution Architect, Data scientists, Business Analyst, Project Manager, Program Manager, Quality assurance analyst, financial analyst, AML Manager, Auditor, vendor manager, etc.• Responsible for Full cycle recruitment including sourcing, job posting, initial phone screening, in-office interviews, coaching candidates for client interviews, negotiating rates, finalizing offers and conducting reference checks.• Managing all aspects of the recruitment process; develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies, leveraging industry best practices to develop and maintain a highly qualified and diverse candidate pool.• Identifying creative and effective sourcing methods, including social media (LinkedIn), job boards (Indeed, Monster) and networking to attract qualified candidates.• Participating in meetings with the hiring managers to understand the requisition in detail and collaborating with account managers to get more clarity on the roles if required.• Building and maintaining a talented pool of active and passive candidates with specific technical and functional expertise.• Ensuring to update the applicant tracking system (Bullhorn and Livehire) with new and updated resumes.• Conducting 4-6 in house interviews each week for candidates.• Coordinating the interview process for the candidates once they are shortlisted.• Negotiating, finalizing offers post candidate selection and conducting reference checks.
