Responsible for : • Energy Modeling • LEED Documentation • HVAC designing and load calculation for commercial buildings • Life Cycle Cost Analysis • Review mechanical documents for potential conflict with other disciplines (structural, architectural and electrical) • Site coordination and progress meeting with relevant subcontractor • Plan and monitor the progress of mechanical works • Coordinate the client consultant for the submission and approval of shop drawings • Coordinate the design consultant for the changes and revision of the plan and design • Revise/check specifications, calculations and drawings • Calculate Heating & Cooling Loads of proposed building for HVAC and submit to consultant / client for review & approval • Attend technical meetings with consultant/client/contractor and weekly progress meetings with the client • proficient in ASHRAE standards Software: Carrier HAP, Carrier Block Load, MS Office, AutoCAD MEP, Revit MEP, Trane Trace-700 Commercial Buildings : Educational buildings, Offices, LABs, Auditorium, Kitchens, Laundries, Dormitories including VRF Systems, VAV AHU, Ground Source Heat Pumps, Four Pipe Fan Coils, CAV Roof Top Units, Air Cooled Chillers, Make Up Air Units, Grease and Dishwasher Exhaust for Kitchens, Supply and Exhaust Valves for Laboratories, Fan Coil and Split Systems, Energy Recovery Units.
