Advisory role for IT Strategic Transformation Initiatives like Finance, HR, Customer, and Products.\\\\n6. Setting up the CDO office and coming up with the value framework for Data Governance, Data Quality, Data lake, and Data Science modeling.\\\\n7. Conducting the training for Enterprise Architecture (ITAQ) creating Enterprise Data Architect within Allianz Group.\\\\n8. Helping HR with the Talent strategy by recruitment, retention and development of Data people by keeping them curious.\\\\n9. Conduct POC for mission-critical business priorities like ChatGPT and graph analytics.\\\\n10.
