I’m a dynamic professional with 8+ years of cross-sector experience in supply chain operations, contract management, and infrastructure project execution—spanning Indian Railways and Marico Ltd (FMCG).At Indian Railways, I’ve led large-scale electrification projects (400+ TKMs), managing end-to-end procurement, vendor coordination, and compliance across safety and environmental standards. I specialize in contract lifecycle management, including tendering on IREPS and GeM, while ensuring on-ground execution by supervising agencies and resolving right-of-way challenges.Currently, I’m driving energy management and compliance initiatives under BEE PAT Cycle II & VII and have successfully implemented open access power procurement through PPAs and the Indian Energy Exchange in Assam.
