ABOUT NATHAN DOCKER

Following my university graduation, I relocated to New York City to broaden the spectrum of my experience. It was one of the most transformative undertakings of my life and catalysed my next step — earning an M.B.A. in order to deeply understand answers to the following questions: What causes companies to become successful? How can successful companies ensure that they remain successful? The undergraduate degrees I hold are in Law and Psychology and it’s natural for me to engage in critical-thinking endeavours that meaningfully affect the lives of others. While completing my LL.B, I prevailed in the following legal skills competitions: Griffith University Client Interview Competition, Client Interview State Championship (QLD), and the Client Interview National Championship. My pinnacle accomplishment throughout university was internationally representing Australia in the Brown-Mosten International Client Consultation Competition held in Glasgow, Scotland, where I reached the semi-final round comprising the world\'s top 10 teams. Success across such competitions illustrates my finesse in solving intricate problems and managing human vulnerabilities around affected cognition. From 2009–2019, I worked throughout an array of business functions at Apple, gaining mentorship from innovative leaders. The apex of my deliverables during my time at Apple focused on the ‘how’ dimension of leaving the world better than we found it, executed through pilot projects, underpinned by internal analysis and industry research. And following a dynamic period of building an ambitious experiential startup that we took public, then leading the training and advocacy strategy at Google, I\'m now helping Uber grow its nascent Advertising org across the globe — plus having an awesome time doing it!
