Fourth-year Accounting student at the Haskayne School of Business with a firm belief that accounting is the most critical hard skill in business—it\'s the language of strategy, growth, and value. I\'m excited to apply this perspective during my upcoming Summer 2026 Assurance Internship at EY.My passion for connecting people and ideas led me to my current role as Director of External for the University of Calgary\'s Accounting Student Association (ASA). I bridge the gap between academia and the professional world by organizing networking events and mentoring students, helping them discover the opportunities within the accounting field. This role allows me to apply the leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills I\'ve developed throughout my degree and work experiences.Driven by a commitment to continuous learning, my goal is to pursue the Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) designation, followed by the Chartered Business Valuator (CBV) designation, to build deep expertise in corporate finance and valuation.I\'m always open to connecting with fellow students, alumni, and professionals in the accounting and finance sectors.
