ABOUT NATHAN WOODS

I am a husband to an amazing woman and father to two wonderful and fully grown kids. Professionally, I am an expert in architectural construction administration, building envelope design, project management, project specifications and construction documentation. I have experience in all phases of project development, from initial proposal to final completion. I have worked on a diverse portfolio of project types, including Hospitals, Medical Clinics, High rise towers, Office buildings, Schools (K-12 and higher ed), Museums, Prisons, Laboratories, Retail centers, Restaurants, Resort & Hospitality, Multi-family, development, low income housing, high end single family housing, military housing, and mass-tract residential. I am involved in the Construction Specifications Institute (CSI) on a local and national level.I am passionate about training. Both personally and professionally, a great deal of my time and energy is invested in training others in my areas of expertise. This passion for training is key to my character, and influences everything that I do.Personally, I am actively involved in offroad activities as a vehicle dependent adventurer and 4x4 trainer, focusing on training inexperienced drivers how to safely venture out in into the backcountry. I enjoy photography, and have been published in numerous outdoor activity based magazines and publications.
