ABOUT NATHAN MCALLISTER
All my life I\'ve loved building things-from forts in the backyard with scrap lumber to hospitals, universities, malls and hotels. Construction is a lot of fun! To support that I\'ve done rotations in construction management, quality control, real estate development, land acquisition and banking/construction lending. Along with the actual work I love the people who do it-the action oriented, full speed ahead, results driven actors who work through all kinds of obstacles. When I couldn\'t see how we could overcome all the challenges we faced on my first management project, Dan Bodell-my first mentor-said,\"Nate-we finish all of them\", and he was right-we have always finished every job, and usually made a profit, but always made the world better and supported our families.If you love building people and buildings I would love to help you fill your needs or just encourage you along the way.
