I’m a versatile and people-first leader with a proven track record of building strong teams, managing complex programs, and driving operational success across various industries, including construction, technology, logistics, and client-facing environments.Most recently, I served as Construction Program Manager at BGI, supporting multi-year, multi-site programs for confidential clients across the US. These included data center and high-tech construction projects. I oversaw quality control, cross-vendor coordination, scheduling, and team leadership in fast-paced environments where attention to detail and collaboration were essential.I was also the Responsible Managing Employee (RME) for BGI’s Arizona General Contractor license. While the company held the license, I met all state requirements and was accountable for the license\'s execution. The experience that qualifies me to obtain my own license independently moving forward.My roots are in construction and leadership, but my strengths extend into operations, people development, and program execution. I’m known for stepping into high-pressure or undefined roles and bringing clarity, structure, and measurable progress.
