Contributed to the Rx360 Gateway (ExtraHop’s SaaS platform) on the Cloud Apps Team ”Lightning”, enhancing internal access for cross-functional engineering teams (previously restricted) to client tenants within a Kubernetes (EKS/EC2) cluster environment, significantly broadening the scope of on-call customer servicing past SaaS teams• Engineered and implemented self-service capabilities, providing direct UI control over tenant processes and EC2 instances, to streamline SaaS engineering workflows, enhance incident resolution, and reduce reliance on external tools, such as Python runbooks, by leveraging existing infrastructure and boto3 for AWS integration• Improved tenant observability and operational efficiency by integrating critical tenant information directly into the Rx360 Gateway UI (developed in React), presenting data through more intuitive packaging for wider accessibility• Implemented and modified REST APIs (developed in Python) in tandem with a Celerium service to enable and support relevant data retrieval for employed UI enhancements• Participated in an Agile development workflow, actively engaging in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, bi-weekly sync meetings, and project presentations to ensure timely delivery and alignment with team goals
