I have built the company from its inception back in to being a truly international operation through continuously growing the business. Today it has a revenue of £12 million with 16 permanent staff at its Aberdeen headquarters and more than 140 personnel in 18 countries worldwide.We offer in-house and on-the-job training to our people to ensure continuous development not only for them individually, but also for the business and our growing global client base.In the initial stages of forming GoreVega I worked in a number of roles including CTD Driller and in CTD Operations around the world, gradually adding skilled, experienced and professional personnel to the team. Our people are pivotal to our success and undoubtedly their reputation has been key to our growth over the last 14 years.
