After obtaining the first two levels of ISAK certification, I progressively integrated the competencies and protocols defined by the International Society for the Advancement of Kinanthropometry (ISAK) into my clinical practice. Over time, I developed personalized protocols tailored to different patient profiles and conducted ongoing research into updated clinical references. As a result, I created my own anthropometric spreadsheet, featuring essential functions for a nutritionist’s daily practice. AntropoNutri is an advanced training course in anthropometry designed for clinical and sports nutritionists, in which I apply the full breadth of my theoretical and practical expertise. I also provide my exclusive spreadsheet to students, which I continue to use in my own practice. As part of my educational commitment, I lead monthly supervision meetings to answer questions and facilitate case-based discussions with my students.
