ABOUT NATE NEUSTADT

I am a Sophomore at George Washington University with interests in the Middle East, conflict resolution, fighting bigotry, community outreach, and building bridges through education. Currently, I serve on the board of GW for Israel—GW\'s pro-Israel student organization—as the President and I am a StandWithUs Emerson Fellow. Last year, I co-founded GW\'s chapter of Jewish on Campus, an organization with the mission of fighting antisemitism on college campuses, and as an intern for the United States House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform. During the summer of 2024, I spent six weeks in Israel for an internship program rebuilding parts of the country that were destroyed during the war. During my senior year of high school, I dedicated my time to BBYO, serving as the Regional Godol/President, overseeing 18 chapters in Southern California. I was one of 100 Kenneth Leventhal Interns in North America with StandWithUs, an international nonprofit that supports Israel and fights antisemitism through education. I spent the summer before senior year working on fluency in Hebrew and attending the American University School of International Service Community of Scholars Program, where I studied diplomacy.
