A highly motivated insurance professional who is driven to work collaboratively with my broker partners to ensure that we reach success, together.I love a challenge and the landscape I have now is endless, building sustainable growth, thinking outside of the box… and just being a little bit different to everyone else sets myself and the Hiscox business apart from the others!I am lucky to be within the ‘Dream Team’ within Hiscox Schemes, we all have the desire to create something special. Our team brings varying experience to the table but the innovation and creativity shines through. Through my years of experience I am grateful that I have the backing of such supportive brokers and colleagues alike and I’d like to feel that my attitude to work and to developing lasting and personal relationships stands me in good stead for the future.I am described as a customer-centric, honest and determined individual that has a balanced view.
