ABOUT NATASHA PATRICK
A reliable, hardworking and experienced manager within the care sector. I have the job role of Operations Manager. I have worked in a variety of roles over the years starting out as a support worker 18 years ago and working hard to further develop my career. I have overseen a wide area of care services throughout Wales and England as an Area Manager. I have had the opportunity to develop my own skills such as writing policies and procedures for a new care company to open and also working hard to successfully turn around areas of non compliance in services. I have experienced many CIW and CQC inspections. I am registered with CQC. I am computer literate, I have excellent keyboard skills and I am fully competent in all MS Office Applications and I have used a variety of systems including Cold Harbour, Staff Plan, etc. Having excellent communication skills, I build rapport with my colleagues, other professionals and people we support. I strive to always improve to provide the highest level of service. I am able work on my own initiative to provide leadership and guidance. I am known for keeping a positive and cheerful disposition, even when under pressure to achieve and exceed KPI’s. I am dedicated to the role I have.
