ABOUT NATASHA BHANUSHALI

As a highly passionate and driven Human Resources Professional with a strong background in Marketing and Professional Communication, I prosper at the intersection of people and strategy. My academic background including an Honours Bachelor of Commerce from Toronto Metropolitan University (formerly Ryerson) with a major in Marketing and double minor in Human Resources Management and Professional Communication coupled with my Post Graduate Honours Certificate in Human Resources Management from Humber Polytechnic, has equipped me with a unique skill set and ability to approach challenges within HR from a people- centered and strategic lens. What sets me apart is my ability to communicate effectively across all levels of an organization, drawing on my minor in Professional Communication and natural extroverted personality. I am committed to continuous learning and growth, always seeking opportunities to stay ahead of industry trends, professionally develop myself and apply innovative solutions to the workplace. This has empowered me to excel in the positions I have held and allowed me to continuously advance my capabilities while staying receptive to feedback. Outside of work, I am a nature lover and foodie who enjoys new experiences and quality time with friends and family. I truly believe that a life that is balanced and passionate leads to a fulfilling career and strive for that in everything I do.
