ABOUT NATASHA RHODES BARKER

An organised and driven individual currently working as a Chartered and TOGAF Certified Domain Architect within a fast-paced IT Department in Retail. This leadership position focuses on Enterprise Architecture, strategy, and innovation whilst broader experience includes Technical, Infrastructure, Solution and Cyber Security Architecture. Secondments have been completed in Project Management, Project Support and Business Analysis to widen IT knowledge and vast experience is held in leading meetings, running workshops, chairing design authorities and presenting to senior stakeholders, including the Board of Directors. Strong working knowledge of managing budgets, governing a variety of third parties, completing high-level designs, line management duties and managing architecture risks and issues is demonstrated within this role. Throughout the 9-Year Architecture Career, the position of Lead Architect has been held on countless, multi-million-pound projects, including: the implementation of Radio Frequency Identification (RFID), transforming Trading with Microsoft Power BI and the Oracle Retail Platform replacing legacy ways of working and driving digital change through The Hut Group (THG) partnership.
