Oversaw overseeing 10 Brands, leading teams and overseeing relationships with 50+ Suppliers & Manufacturers in the UK, EU, Mexico and USA.•Stabilised both supply and production following a review of Supply Chain model and Partners, and implemented Production KPI\'s with manufacturers. •Achieved cost savings across all Top selling lines, through reviewing contracts, negotiating, securing better MOQ with suppliers and manufacturers, resulting in a minimum increase of partial Cogs, with a projected increase would be 15%, minimized to 7%.•Led and delivered a Sustainability project involving Waste Management ERP and compliance schemes for UK & EU Plastic Tax in UK, Spain, as well as a quality assurance project to change the QC model to QA to set up quality standards with each supplier & manufacturer, to ensure that quality issues are avoided prior productions, to be more proactive rather than reactive. •Led and delivered an MRP project in SAP, launched for the first Brand in April 2023, after successful launch the remaining 9 Brands will be implemented.•Created and maintained the DP Supply Masterplan and coordinated all productions across all Brands.•Reviewed existing old componentry leading to a 20% reduction in aged componentry.•Led a team of 6 in Production Planning, 1 Master Data Coordinator, a QA & Waste Manager and a QC team of 3 people
