My current role as Director of Sales Operations has been greatly influenced by my previous roles as Director of Sales and Director of Operations. The Director of Sales role allowed me to have first-hand experience in helping the Sales Team grow our business at an accelerated pace and allowed me to use my previous experience in Operations to put processes and metrics in place to accomplish these tasks. With that combined experience in both Sales and Operations, my current role in Sales Operations has helped me to focus on process improvement and internal communication amongst all internal teams. My role continues to allow me to be involved in many aspects of the business, including Finance, Sales, and Operations. ENA by Zayo is an internet and telecom service provider that focuses on the anchor institutions of our communities nationwide (including healthcare facilities, schools, libraries, and higher education). We provide High-Speed Internet and Private Connectivity to both Rural and Urban Areas. The majority of our clients are involved in the Universal Service Fund Program.
