In my current role as Professional Relationships and Marketing Director of Asheville Periodontics, I am responsible for the data management, reporting, budgeting, scheduling, marketing, sales, and communication strategy. This includes-Annual & quarterly strategy planning, including Budget-Performs advanced scheduling for patients-Continuously maintains staff schedules while optimizing the health and schedules of patients and their procedures-Utilizing the Dentrix data management program, I have designed multiple tracking reports to maximize efficiency within the schedule and budget of the practice-Continually built upon existing auto-reporting systems to create more efficient reports that fit the unique needs of the practice-Managed all reporting and tracking for the scope of the practice, including referral and patient data-Monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting to doctors and management team, including a detailed strategy and schedule for the forthcoming quarters-Managing all partnerships and referral relationships-Digital and print marketing materials (original design and content)-Planning & promoting large educational, trade show, and social events (in person and digital)-Complete redesign and management of website (ashevilleperiodontics.com)-Social Media Strategy & Management-Full analytical & budget quarterly reports-Team Building and Leadership Speaking-Email marketingIn my 5+ years at Asheville Periodontics, production (and therefore profit) had an increase of over 10% per year, with the highest being close to 30%. I contribute this year-after-year increase to a modern marketing strategy combined with the diverse set of skills that I bring to the position, allowing me to wear many hats while maintaining a leadership role within the company, while streamlining communication and team building within the Asheville Periodontics team to create a seamless and motivated team atmosphere.
