ABOUT NATALIE NAPIER

At InWithForward, my role as Lead of Research & Storytelling leverages design research and ethnography to unearth insights into social challenges. Through nine years experience with a leading social design organization, I have honed my skills in relationship management, and creating narratives that drive change and bridge communities. Our mission is to transform social safety nets into trampolines, enabling the agency and resilience of Canada\'s most marginalized. The heart of my work involves executing prototypes based on original research, to inform decision-making and policy development. We aspire to demonstrate alternative governance models and cultivate deep partnerships for courageous work. By integrating social science methods, insights from the humanities, and community mobilization strategies, we are able to reimagine and humanize our approach to senior care, immigration, youth services, and more.
