A key focus is on bench development, ensuring we build, nurture, and deploy a strong pipeline of talent with the right skills at the right time to meet evolving client demands.I lead initiatives across the full recruitment lifecycle—sourcing, talent marketing, selection, and onboarding—while refining processes to enhance candidate experience, reduce time-to-hire, and strengthen workforce agility. Alongside this, I am delivering an AI training scale-up at pace, enabling rapid capability development and workforce readiness in a high-growth, technology-driven environment.Through data-driven insights and continuous improvement, I help align talent strategies with organisational goals, support scalable development initiatives, and ensure the business is equipped with the bench strength and adaptability needed to thrive in a fast-moving market.
