Estimation for MEP systems (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing). Billing Engineer for all types of site works and invoice preparation. Verification and processing of contractor bills and follow-up for payments. End-to-end management of project bidding and tender submissions within stipulated timelines. Finalization of tenders and BOQs as per project and client requirements. Planning, scheduling, and on-time implementation of project activities. Coordination with site teams during construction phases. Ensuring compliance with organizational quality standards and maintaining documentation. Vendor development, selection (based on price and quality comparison), and order processing. Preparation and release of work schedules and purchase/work orders. Regular coordination with vendors, clients, and consultants. Preparation of daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports for senior/top management. documents. Preparation of quotations and BOQs, with supplier negotiations. Follow-up to customer for payments. Daily communication on call & Mail to PAN India level Customer and Vendor Also.
