Hello, my name is Narendra and i completed my master\'s in paint technology and allied sciences.I am good at color matching for OEM\'S, Vechile Refinish, and good at Identification of Effects and have a good knowledge about Base coat, clear coat.1. Developing new sold and Effect colors by using spectrophotometer.2. Having a good knowledge in handling BYK spectrophotometer, Gloss Meter, DFT Meter, Mixing Machines, UV Lamps, Spray Guns, Robotic spray machines.3.QC knowledge- Specific Gravity, Viscosity checking, Adhesion Test, Mil Thickness measurements Test, Gloss checking, Salt Spray Test, 4. Having a knowledge in UV coating (Primer, Basecot and Topcoat).5. Knowledge about indetify the Defects in paint and find a solution for the Defect.Apart from my technical skills I also possess Excellent communication and Interpersonal skills, which have enabled me to Effectively collaborate with Cross functional Teams and Build Strong Relationships with Professional. I am an analticl and Details -oriented individual with a passion for Problem solving. I thrive in challenging environments and i am always seeking new opportunities to expand my knowledge and skill set.
