As part of my current role, I am working on the primary screening of a diverse pool of candidates across multiple cohorts, including CIS-Women, LGBTQIA+ individuals, and People with Disabilities. These profiles have been collected from various platforms, reflecting a rich variety of talents, skills, and experiences. My responsibility involves: Conducting an initial assessment to understand each candidate’s skills, aspirations, and interests. Mapping their potential and aligning them with opportunities within the organization that match their performance and growth trajectory. This work underscores our commitment to fostering a workplace that values diversity, equity, and inclusion, ensuring that everyone has an equal opportunity to thrive.
