Aura is an HRMS tool created in-house to automate the day-to-day tasks of Antra Inc. more easily. The major modules include Recruitment, HR management, Sales/marketing, user management, Admin management etc. The HR modules that is currently developed have features like onboarding, performance management, time management and integration with the payroll system ADP, integration with USCIS etc. The entire system is designed with a front end as Angular and back end as.Net with SQL server. Roles: • Understanding requirements gathered by B.A. team. • Coordinating with UI/UX team for the Mockups and Backend team for the REST API’s. • Developing the user interfaces as per the mockup’s provided. • Playing Individual contributor role and Tech Lead role. • Implementation of charts using third party libraries • Created Aura-ui-lib (UI Component library) angular library and reusing the functionalities of same across the application. • Creating reusable components and reusable code. • Following JIRA boards and Azure boards for user stories. • Worked on change requests. • Doing code reviews of team members. • Written test cases wherever applicable using Karma and Jasmine frameworks. • Worked in close association with customers for major implementation of projects. • Leading and managing a team by prioritizing work & assigning tasks. • Monitoring the progress of each sprint phase. • Ensure applications meet the acceptance criteria. • Designing, developing, and deploying solutions using different technologies (MEAN, Azure)
