ABOUT NAOMI RODRÍGUEZ JOSÉ
Pronounced: Nah-Oh-Me // I\'m an Afro-Dominican immigrant and first-generation college graduate designing learning experiences that are relational and adaptive. My approach is rooted in the core belief that effective and long-lasting learning happens when you meet people where they are and design with their humanity in mind. I use AI strategically to streamline administrative tasks and ensure communication is clear and accessible, so I (and other educators) have more time for what actually matters: teaching and building relationships with learners. Whether I\'m redesigning curriculum to be more accessible, improving how learning flows for students, or facilitating 1-on-1 language learning, my focus is always on the learner\'s reality, not just the content.Guided by my Christian faith and a profound commitment to education, community, and justice, I\'m building generational success for low-income communities within the African diaspora. As the Founder of ELSI®, I\'ve dedicated time to creating spaces where people can expand their possibilities through accessible language learning and culturally responsive design. I bring expertise in curriculum (and quality) improvement, learning experience design, and trauma-informed practices.Interested in: Learning Experience Design | Curriculum Improvement | Quality Improvement (QI)| AI for Educational Equity | Social Impact Education | International Education
