My role here at Bruton Knowles is to support the growth of the company by focusing on the recruitment for Valuation Surveyors, support the HR Director in delivering the Recruitment Strategy and partnering with the hiring managers.Bruton Knowles Limited is an independently-owned national property consultancy with 15 offices across the UK. Our large multi-disciplinary team is highly experienced in sale and purchase, valuation, leasing and strategy across urban and rural property sectors with specialist expertise in the areas of commercial, transport, utilities and public sector. Built on a rich history, Bruton Knowles are ambitious, delivering high levels of service, built on a reputation of trust, integrity and valued impartial advice. We have fully embraced flexible working for all teams and have helped all our staff achieve a better work/ life balance – Including myself!We have a growing National Valuation team, undertaking secured loan and CIPFA asset valuations and a Utility & Infrastructure team working across the UK on nationally important infrastructure projects. And this my part…our National Valuation Team was launched in July 2020 and has gone from strength to strength. So much so we are looking for an additional Chartered Surveyors who are Registered Valuers to carry out Red Book valuations across Scotland, Midlands, Southwest and London/Southwest. I have proven background in delivering high volume recruitment, delivering assessment centres, delivery end-to-end recruitment, head hunting, resource planning, planning best route to market and agency partner management.I have studied and completed my CIPD level 3 at Bristol City College to expand my knowledge in both HR and Recruitment. My aim is to support businesses in projects such as assessment centres, workforce resource planning, recruitment, selection, attracting, retaining staff and LinkedIn recruitment and ED & I.
