ABOUT NANNEKE DINKLO
Most companies come to me believing they have a go-to-market or growth problem. What we usually uncover together is something deeper.Behind stalled launches, slow adoption, or underperforming revenue is often a lack of clear product strategy, market validation, and ownership. The product exists and it’s not anchored in a strong narrative, roadmap, or operating model that truly connects customer needs, funding, reimbursement, teams, and execution. That’s where I do my best work.I work with startups and growth-stage companies on product-market fit, market validation, and commercialization strategy. Often at moments where clarity, prioritization, and confident decision-making matter most. I partner as a fractional executive and advisor, working closely with founders, leadership teams, boards, and investors to turn innovation into real market traction.I am a trusted partner to VCs and investors. The companies I bring forward, including European teams who want to scale into the U.S, have been vetted through structured assessments, market diligence, and hard conversations about readiness, positioning, and execution. I regularly serve as a judge and evaluator in accelerator and investor programs, helping separate strong science from scalable businesses.Clear product leadership is often the difference between companies that raise, scale, and endure and those that stall despite great technology and talented teams.Beyond individual companies, I build ecosystems. In Southern California, I help connect and grow the women’s health ecosystem by bringing together founders, operators, clinicians, and investors. In parallel, I support European companies who want to enter the U.S. market by helping them navigate product, regulatory, leadership, and investor expectations and by connecting them into the right networks.I am deeply committed to advancing women’s health and supporting companies building better solutions in a space that deserves far more attention and investment.I’m a 3x #girlmom, yoga lover, pickleball addict, and happiest outdoors hiking, skiing, or spending time with friends and family. I believe great businesses, like great games, are built with intention, resilience, and people who stay in it until the very last point. One step at a time.
