This coveted role at a top 10 UK partnership housebuilder allowed me to refine my expertise by having comprehensive responsibility for multiple disciplines which ranged from digital campaigns to billboards, paid social ads to bus campaigns. My role summarised included:• Utilising circa £30k in monthly budget across all developments focusing on a data-first approach, analysing the highest ROI activity via UTM tracking links. I had weekly calls with my Sales team to discern between digital metrics and customer visits e.g. Portal A may bring a higher quantity of leads as shown by our back-end but Portal B delivers more walk-ins which means it’s higher quality• Liaising with our PR agency to circulate pivotal news to enhance public awareness and develop brand familiarity and strength• Collaborating with cross-function internal teams to create accurate CGIs, detailed site plans and other marketing material ensuring clarity and ease of understanding for our customers• Maintaining a physical sales presence that adhered to brand standards, delivering a consistent customer experience which reinforced trust in our capability• Creating weekly email and SMS campaigns via Cheetah, effectively engaging our database with compelling offers and tracking Click Through Rates (CTRs) to focus on campaigns with the highest responses • Managed the procurement of sales literature for our Sales team which included brochures, house type leaflets, ways to buy and more
