Current highlights include Everton FC, England Rugby, England Cricket, Oracle Red Bull Racing, McLaren F1, Alpine F1, Rangers, Feyenoord, Burnley, and Harlequins- Commercial contracts: including distribution, agency, marketing, supply, manufacturing and licensing- Intellectual property: management and protection of Castore’s global IP portfolio- Employment law: advising on workforce matters and organisational initiatives- Real estate: oversight of new leases, exits and expansion, including 20-store rollout in 2024- Compliance and risk: design and implementation of the Castore Compliance Management Framework, including data protection, supply chain integrity, ABC, competition law, and broader regulatory and consumer compliance- Governance and committees: Chair of the IT Security Committee and ESG Committee, overseeing cybersecurity, sustainability and ESG policy- Corporate development: supporting M&A, transformation and integration projects- AI governance: leading the creation and management of Castore’s AI usage policy- Dispute resolution & exits.I believe that great legal leadership combines strategic thinking, operational excellence and a people-first mindset ensuring that legal enables progress, protects value and empowers teams.
