Nancy Nitsche is a hospitality and operations professional with over 20 years of management experience from small business startups to Fortune 500 companies. Nancy has a background in Finance and Communications and started her career at American Express Financial Advisors, she then applied those skills as she transitioned into hospitality, holding leadership roles at Caesar’s Palace, Paris Las Vegas, ARIA & Vdara Las Vegas, City Center Residential and Corporate MGM Resorts International. As a proponent of new technology to enhance guest service and create efficiencies across the enterprise, Nancy sat on the Corporate MGM Resorts IT Committee. Nancy managed 26 software systems that her team\'s used and launched the ‘first text for service’ program at a large scale room property. She developed and enhanced a software with a third-party OTA to connect with guests in a new way to provide additional services and drive over 1 million in revenue from a single property through ancillary sales. In one of her most recent roles, she served at the Director of Concierge Strategy and Luxury Experience for MGM Resorts International and was responsible for the execution of the strategic direction and performance of Concierge operations for 14 properties that collectively drove over $94 Million in Sales and fielded over 1.1 million phone calls through the call centers operations annually. Nancy is a hospitality contributor and guest speaker, most recently featured in the Global Gaming Women Virtual Master Class and Think Like an Owner Conference Program for Les Clefs d’Or. She is currently consulting for companies of all sizes. Nancy has seen firsthand how her training, knowledge, and expertise in hospitality can translate to help other businesses grow, work more efficiently, and think out of the box in ways they had not done before.
