Project Manager - Provide comprehensive administrative and project management support to a Recruiting Consultant, serving as the liaison between the Consultant and his/her clients, clients’ EA\'s and Candidates. Project managing each search to ensure that every step of the process stays on track. Creating, transcribing, editing, proofreading, and formatting client presentations, candidate profiles, position descriptions, marketing and business development proposals, organizational charts, and general correspondence. Coordinate assignment calls, extensive interview and meeting schedules, itineraries and travel arrangements involving clients, candidates and Consultants. Book conference spaces and manage all ground and air travel logistics. Prepare status memos and engagement letters, format resumes to RRA’s standard, type/edit candidate reports, initiate Degree Verification and obtain necessary sign-offs on RRA required forms. Manage the financial aspects of search billing process, including expense report processing, client invoicing and tracking receivables. Host clients and candidates in the local office. Act as their point of contact to coordinate logistics prior to and throughout their office visit. Handle daily processes to ensure the high quality and successful completion of every project. ISC Coordinator - Liaising with Information System in situations where “hands and feet/eyes and ears” support is needed. Manage the office’s computer inventory/spare parts. Setup hardware/providing spares as needed. Liaising with Information Systems to onboard and off-board employees. Working with IS on projects such as any hardware refreshes, software deployments, etc.
