Plan, manage and host selected marketing and business development events and seminars• Assists in the preparation and assembly of pitch books, proposals, and qualification books for business development-related activities• Assists in creation, proofreading, and editing of marketing materials, advertisements, and website content using Microsoft Office applications as well as Adobe Creative Suite (Windows)• Assists attorneys with presentations, including formatting PowerPoint slide decks, creating handouts, and working with webinar software• Maintain firm’s social media accounts• Respond to attorney referral requests• Order and manage marketing material inventory• Assists attorneys, paralegals, and staff with marketing-related requests, as needed• Handle other special projects, as needed by the Director
