ABOUT NAINA PANDEY

I’m a dedicated and inquisitive law student currently pursuing my B.A. LL.B.(Hons.), with a strong interest in legal research and Business law. I recently completed a two-month legal internship at Adv. Upadhye & Associates, where I gained first-hand exposure to cybercrime, civil and criminal cases, client interaction, and procedural practice in trial courts. I thrive in environments that challenge me intellectually and allow me to apply theoretical knowledge in real-world legal contexts. At the firm, I was actively involved in drafting pleadings, conducting legal research, and assisting in case preparation, all of which helped strengthen my analytical and communication skills. I am deeply committed to the values of integrity, clarity, and curiosity in legal practice. My goal is to continue learning and growing through opportunities that allow me to contribute meaningfully, while building a solid foundation for a career in law.Always open to new learning opportunities and meaningful legal discussions.
