ABOUT ANIKET DONGARE

I am a final-year Law student at Savitribai Phule Pune University, currently focused on building a career in corporate law with a strong interest in general corporate and M&A. Through internships at Adv. Upadhye & Associates and Staqo World Pvt. Ltd, I gained hands-on experience in corporate documentation, contract drafting, compliance, and translation of complex legal documents. My work has included drafting agreements, MoUs, sale deeds, and legal notices, as well as supporting client advisory and court proceedings. These experiences have strengthened my drafting skills, attention to detail, and ability to adapt across diverse practice areas.Beyond internships, I have taken on leadership roles during my academic journey and actively participated in initiatives such as the National Lok Adalat, which deepened my understanding of law’s social impact. I am now eager to apply my skills in a corporate setting, contribute to complex transactions, and continue learning from experienced professionals in the field.My goal is to grow into a corporate law professional who combines technical expertise with clear communication and ethical practice.
